Where do we ship?
A & M Candles will ship to all 50 United States. At this time, we do not ship outside the United States.
I just placed an order. When will it ship?
Orders placed within the business week will be shipped within 2-3 business days.
You will receive a notification via email when your order ships.
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 days depending on the proximity of your shipping address to our location in South Carolina.
How can I track my order?
Use the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email to track your order or call or email customer service to check the status of your order.

Return & Exchange Policy
A & M Candles wants to exceed your expectations. For this reason, we are here to serve you with information related to returns and exchanges.
Did your order arrive with one or more damaged products?
We want to make it right! Please take a photo of the damaged product and send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also complete our Contact us form. Upon receiving your email, we will resolve your order and re-ship your item at no cost to you.
Did your order arrive with the wrong items?
We apologize for the inconvenience. If the items you received do not match the items you ordered, please complete our Contact Us Form to let us know about the issue. We will be more than happy to assist you in correcting your order.
Were you not a fan of the fragrances you ordered?
No worries. We understand that ordering "flavors" online can be difficult. If your order is in the same condition you received it in (ie. The packaging has not been opened. The candle has not been lit.) you can exchange your order for a different flavor or return your order for a refund. Here’s how it works:
You can exchange your order for a different flavor by completeing our Contant Us Form. Let us know your order number, and we will exchange your order and send you the new product once we receive your returned order.
